Lindsay BoccardoSince 2013, Lindsay has been training high achievers who are hungry to grow and build a successful career they love. She is a seasoned speaker with hundreds of events on her resume, including keynotes for sorority conventions and partnerships with FEA, AFA, NPC and AFLV.
Lindsay earned a degree in psychology and public communication from Syracuse University, and a professional coaching certification through the International Coach Federation. She has been seen on WISH-TV, and most frequently interviewing her heroes on her live YouTube show, The Porch. Lindsay co-founded Careerhouse through her work with Leadership Consultants. She saw first-hand how members were uniquely positioned for leadership opportunities because of their sorority experience and through her additional training and guidance they were better able to break through the pay and leadership gaps for women. She’s excited to bring the tools (and inspiration) to all members need to make it happen. |
Lauren MoffattFor more than a decade, Lauren Moffatt has been providing executive coaching, human resources consulting and leadership development programs for individuals and organizations throughout the United States.
Through her leadership as Vice President of Human Resources, Lauren developed diverse teams, guided strategic planning and helped cultivate an award-winning culture. She also earned extensive HR certifications while in that role, including PHR, SHRM-CP and a PCC in Executive Coaching through Huntington University. Now, Lauren is the President of Spark HR. Her work focuses on retaining talent in organizations, Executives in career transition and Emotional Intelligence for leadership growth. Lauren serves as an Executive Coach for the highest level in sorority organizations and has coached hundreds of sorority women (collegians and alumnae) to navigate their job search successfully. As the Co-founder of Careerhouse, Lauren is on a shared mission to support and equip women with the skills needed to close the leadership and wage gap. |
Samantha Avanzino-HahnSamantha Avanzino, Client Experience Specialist, is a former Alpha Gamma Delta Leadership Consultant and IHQ staff member. During her 6.5 years on staff working on the training and development team she led the philanthropic shift of the organization, supported multiple educational pilots and launches, and developed and supported the alumnae engagement team.
Her work in the fraternal world has included presentations at NPC collegiate and alumnae conferences, an AFA breakout session, and was recognized by OmegaFi as one of 12 Greek Pros You Should Follow. Her work with Lindsay and Lauren is to best support the unique needs of sorority women and help all sisters know how their membership gives them the unique opportunity to grow and lead. |
